Trata de Seres Humanos: retos y oportunidades para el Siglo XXI (Human Trafficking: Challenges and Opportunities for the 21st Century)

El Instituto Internacional de Sociología Jurídica de Oñati (IISL) ha publicado el primer número del volumen 8 de la Serie Socio-legal de Oñati. Esta monografía se titula Trata de personas: desafíos y oportunidades para el siglo XXI, y ha sido editada por Jackie Jones (Universidad del Oeste de Inglaterra, Bristol, Reino Unido) y John Winterdyk (Universidad Mount Royal, Calgary, Canadá).

 

Este número especial aborda la situación legal y judicial y las estrategias para ayudar a los sobrevivientes de la trata de personas e incluye una recopilación de documentos y presentaciones discutidos en el Instituto Internacional de Sociología Jurídica de Oñati durante dos talleres celebrados en junio de 2014 – Trata de personas : Desafíos y oportunidades para el siglo XXI- y abril de 2016 – Trata de niños y niñas en Europa-.
