Template for reporst to be submitted by the members States as per Article 20 of Directive 2011/36
Documento elaborado por la Comisión Europea a petición de la red informal de Ponentes Nacionales para proporcionarles una guía o modelo de informe, según el cual los Estados Miembros pueden reportar el trabajo que se desarrolla en sus respectivos países en cuanto a la Trata de seres humanos según el artículo 20 de la Directiva 2011/36.
Prepared by the European Comission at the request of the informal network of NREMs.
The objective of this template is to facilitate the work of the National Rapporteurs or Equivalent Mechanisms (NREMs) as defined in Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings, and protecting its victims (Directive), in particular in articles 19 and 20. Although not an obligation, the template intends to give guidance and the NREMs are encouaged to make full use of it in order to ensure more consistency information gathering and thus reporting at the EU level.
